Handwriting recognition! Awesome. I didn't know that. I wonder if some day there will be a mobile device that isn't too big or clunkly that will have voice recognition, have voice recording (dictation) capabilities as well as typing capabilities. Basically take the benefits of a dictation machine, a cell phone and a PC and put it all into a mobile device that fits in the palm of your hand.

I can hear secrataries everywhere silently rejoicing.

I don't text enough to use one. I think it kind of defeats the purpose of text messaging as well.. they're supposed to be short, quick messages.

I might be tempted to get one for a PDA though.

edit - whoa, $150? I don't think so.

I would definitely agree with you on that. I think that it's pretty usless, at least for a cell phone. But I'm sure the companies are making lots of money off of them.

I think that there are only a few people (like myself) who don't really use text messaging at all.
