Holsters

Does anyone here use a holster? One of those cheap plastic things that cost you a small fortune for something so cheap?

I think its ridiculous to have to pay $20.00+ for a piece of plastic that cost maybe $0.25 to make. I'm not making that much for something like that.

I've just been putting it into my pocket as they seem to break easily. Does anyone use a bracket holster? Or do people use the "push and click" holster?

Not anymore. My husband used to use one, but it just mostly got in his way. He ended up attaching it to the dash in the car, so he has somewhere to put the cellphone when he is driving. It's pretty convenient the way he has it rigged up. And now he can see it flashing when I try to call him when he's out. He ALWAYS has the stereo too loud to possibly ever hear it ring, so being able to see it is a necessity.

I've never like the holsters myself. I've always found them to be plain. If I had one I'd probably use it like Renee's husband does, put it somewhere in my car.

I carry mine in my purse, but my husband uses a holster. He seems to like it better than just sticking it in his pocket. I am sure it costed nothing to make that piece of plastic and then they marked it up nicely for a profit. Goes with everything these days.

Yeah, they do hike the prices up nowadays, especially with cell phone accessories.
My mother bought a headset for her cell phone on ebay for about $5 in total, including shipping. Then when we went to Cingular we found the same exact headset for $29.95! Just for those little earpieces, what a rip off. If only more people knew about the great deals on ebay.

I have never had one and i do not think I ever will becasue I just put my phone in my pocket it is much less work.
