Do Cell Phone Boosters Work?
I have never used a cell phone booster, but my phone sucks so bad I am thinking about it. Has anyone used them? Do they work?

I think it gets you a more and clear reception.

This is what I found on the web about it:
The The Cell Phone Signal Antenna Booster is a passive device designed to enhance a cell phone service providers signal. This antenna is easy to install. Just slip it underneath the phone's battery, and enjoy clear, enhanced, static-free reception. The Cell Phone Signal Antenna Booster's revolutionary design can improve cell phone performance by 80% or more. Whether it really works or not, I do not know but it claims to enhance your cells performance. |

Yes, that is what I am talking about. Someone I talked to said it is like a sticker, and I don't understand how that would work.

Yes the picture I saw it was like a sticker that you place underneath the battery. I am not too sure how it works either. There hasn't been too much discussion here about people using them with good results so I wonder about this product.

I had one before, but I couldn't really tell a difference on my reception.. I guess it's worth a try.

I've used one of these, actually on a cell phone loaned to me by my former boss, and it didn't seem to make any difference. The reception still sucked. Of course, I never used that particular phone without it, so maybe his normal reception was even worse?

Well thanks both of you for letting us know that this product is not worth spending the money on. I hate to waste my money on something that probably won't make a difference unless there is some sort of money back guarantee or something.

I tried one of these several years ago, and I noticed no difference. I wish the worked because my current service is horrible where I live, but my contract is almost up so I am getting ready to move.

Yes, the cell phone booster worked for me. I never had a dropped call since I had it installed into my phone.

I haven't had to use one myself but my mother got one for her phone and she's happy with it. Definitely fixed her problem.
