Sony Ericsson w900i car kit trouble

Hi, I have a Sony Ericsson w900i and a professionally fitted car kit... the car kit will pick up the phone no problem, and make a call... however whenever the phone rings, it will answer, let you speak for a couple of seconds then end the call.
The car kit itself is a Nokia one, (with bluetooth connectivity so should work with any other phone, and does with anyone other than mine!)
I used to have a 6230i which is why i had a nokia kit fitted....
The guy who fitted it said that he had had a lot of trouble with sony ericsson bluetooth connectivity and it may require a software update... just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem and how it was fixed... or where do i get a software update from....?!

Thanks in advance..

Matt

Visit the Nokia site and check into the software updates.

Are you sure the car kit is fully compatible with the mobile phone?

I don't see why Nokia would produce a car kit for a mobile phone they don't produce.
