Why is BlackBerry not popular as iPhone or Samsung smartphone

Can you guys tell me reasons why BlackBerry is not popular as iPhone or Samsung smartphone? I have not used this BlackBerry before because old versions of BlackBerry is very hard to use due to it has keyboards but now they removed that but still can not become one of favorite smartphones for users?

As the market changed, and the technology changed, the management at Blackberry didn’t feel the need to keep up. They mistakenly thought since they were the first, everyone would remain loyal to them and not switch over to another phone source. they not changed time to time.this is the main reason of BlackBerry not popular like iPhone or Samsung Smartphones.

smart phone

Because BlackBerry was known for making phones with physical keyboards for business people. When smartphones became extremely popular, BlackBerry didn't know what to do. They're trying to morph a physical keyboard with an Android smartphone right now, which is cool, but probably not super functional considering the fact that we've all gotten used to touchscreen keyboards. Examples of new BlackBerry phones like this are: KeyOne/KeyTwo, Passport, Priv. The Priv's super tall display along with the passport's unconventional wide display wasn't really a selling point. The fact is that people just dont want phones like this anymore. They want basic but powerful phones, and when BlackBerry tries to pull something like this, the result is a relatively slow, quirky phone that people dont know how to react to.
