W800i usb file transfer not working
My reason for buying the W800i was for its mp3 capacity however frustratingly I cannot get it to work. I downloaded the pc suite from the Sony Ericson website as my CD drive has stopped working. No connection is displayed even when plugged in. I would be much obliged for any assistance before I contact the manufacturers directly as I lack confidence in any fruitful service having once emailed T-Mobile once and never ever receiving a reply.

i also had the same problem simply format your windows and it will be ok.
