Hi,

The manufacturers normally quote the largest sd card that is available at the time.

Inserting a larger card will not cause your handset to 'blow up'

The fone will tell you if it will accept the sd card or not.

I go with your opinion...

Your mobile definetly not blow up or something. Either the card works or not.

Micro SD cards

HC Cards are a newer format that can have greater capacities than the older standard SD cards. SDHC stands for Secure Digital High Capacity. However, they are not backwards compatible with older devices even though they may fit in the slots. Only devices that specifically say HC on them will be able to utilize those cards. Unless your cell phone says it accepts SDHC cards, looks for something else.

It was said that if your going to use any memory card that is higher
it will cause your phone to malfunction.
You will be having hard time in using the application in your phone.
The phone processor will craw while processing the application that you are
trying to use.

Unless if your phone memory is expandable up to 32G which is actually can be
found in any high-end phone.
If you are not sure regarding the effect of putting extra memory or using
phone accessories better check the service center of your phone
because they know everything.

Aside from that you may log on in there website to check some possible answers, we all know that when it comes to mobile /cell phones they have there own
toll-free hotline for FAQ's

All microSD Cards are backward compatible with electronic devices that are SD enabled. By using an appropriate adapter, the microSD Card can easily and quickly be inserted into any device that supports a standard SD or miniSD Card.

sd cards are compatible to all types of phone no matter how much gb it is...
it won't blow up your phone... so if your planing to get a 8gb card go ahead it a much better storage for you.. if your the type of person that has alot of files stored on your phone...
