Calling all current/future Blackberry users.

In the past the Blackberry was mostly reserved for the business user but with more and more deals on these handsets with good calling plans and data plans this device is now starting to hit the general population.

So come on you current users or people who are looking to upgrade to one.

What attracted you to the handset or indeed put you off.

What are the pro's and con's you have encountered.

Whats good , whats bad and just as important what inclusions would you like to see !

The BlackBerry Storm is the handset im drawn to. Built on BlackBerry's reputation for the best in mobile email and web browsing, the Storm has a brilliant touchscreen user interface that incorporates a full virtual QWERTY keyboard. The Storm includes a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, video recording, a media player, GPS navigation, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, 3G with HSDPA and 1GB of built-in memory plus the ability to expand the memory with a microSD card.

I have recently bought a Blackberry Storm on the Vodafone £35/month contract. It is still early days in using the storm and I am starting to get used to the sensitive touch screen, as you may or may not know the Storm has an unusual screen, that has never been produced on a phone before. The entire surface of the screen acts as one large button and as you highlight an icon, you have to apply extra force to click the touch screen in to select it. This is a minor issue in general phone browsing but when you feel the need to type out extended messages or long emails it does start to strain your fingers.
The other features of the phone are superb ,the screen quality is in my opinion the best out and as good as HD. The speaker quality of the phone is superior to the average MP3 playing phone.
RIM (Research In Motion) the Manufacturers of the Blackberry range have hit the nail on the head with the application features of the phone. They have enabled the Storm to encompase any third party application in site.

I was wondering if this was just my opinion, that of my brief encounter with the phone?
I am insterested to know other opinions?

Hello..,
I read an article today that said 35% of Blackberry users would rather give up their spouse than their Blackberry...As much as I love mine I can't say this is true for me, what about you...?

Lol....

Mobiles can do a great many things in our social life these days but at the stage they are at the moment they cannot replace other things in a relationship , although your handset does not talk back to you and you can turn it off when you want to....... lol
