| I have the same mobile Antpas. I haven't yet found anything surprising. One thing to note is that when the phone is completly idle, if you hold down on the middle of the volume key (on the left) it will give you different screen with the time and date. This screen is quite simple and obviously does what it needs to do...tells you the time and date, then it goes back to sleep! Cheers |

| Hello all... I was digging and digging and found nothing, but a friend sent me this email with the following (see below after my message). The ringer volume is quite low. This code will allow you entry to a backdoor on the D900. PLEASE NOTE* I hold no responsibility to any changes you make from the access code given. I made a note of the defaulted settings to any changes I made, I suggest you do the same. Here you all go! Volume D900, Making it vERY loud. (No distortion on max volume!) Enter *#8999*8378# Select H/W Test. Select Audio Settings. Select Normal. "Rx PGA" Field is the earpiece volume control level. Mine was set 110 and I changed it to 255 which is the max for extra volume. You can always change it back by repeating the steps. In addition to this, you can also make the volume even louder by going to 'RX vol.' right under RX PGA. Inside, you can set each volume level of the earpiece (1,2,3,4,5) to a value between 0 and 255 for an even louder volume. I set Level 5 to 255, Level 4 to 180, Level 3 to 120, Level 2 to 70 and Level 1 to 30. Rx Vol. Default: Level 5 to 120, Level 4 to 76, Level 3 to 48, Level 2 to 30 and Level 1 to 19. Changes: First change> Level 5 to 200, Level 4 to 150, Level 3 to 100, Level 2 to 50 and Level 1 to 30. 2nd Change> Level 5 to 255, Level 4 to 180, Level 3 to 120, Level 2 to 70 and Level 1 to 30. |

| thanks SammyD900 awesome. Using the RX to change the ring volumes you can preset the volume to suit certain scenarios. like meetings in work or outside and those ranging inbetween. Seeing you dont have "Profiles" ala Nokia you can use the volume instead. I have them set at 1 02 for meetings 2 50 3 100 normal for the office 4 175 5 255 on the farm **** me its loud very useful appreciate your help
