Msn On Your Mobile

I gotta say, I didn't think Quick IM would be sufficient or even worth the trouble of installing in on my Treo 650, but boy was I wrong. It's so user friendly and you feel as though you're not missing out on anything from the desktop version of MSN Messenger (The service I use it for).

I would, however, like to see them come out with a version that will allow an IM message to be sent and have a little pop up window like they do on the desktop version. But I know with the logistics of how cellphones work, that probably can't be done, but I wouldn't be surprised if it could.

And being able to dragging pictures into the messenger window would be a huge addition that might have people crashing servers to get it.



Either way, it's a welcome addition to my lineup of programs on my Treo and I highly recommend it. Especially if you have a Treo.

Wow, this sounds like this would be both helpful and annoying at the same time. I guess I just don't want to be THAT accessible to people.

My phone is set up for AIM, but I haven't set it up yet because my business doesn't require that level of accessibility yet.

Is it expensive to use these IM programs on your phone? that's all I'm scared of...

It costs the same as regular text messaging. Every message in and every message out.
