Free Ringtones?
Anyone know any good sites to get free ringtones? I really have no desire to pay the high fees my cell phone provider charges.

There's always Jamster.com, but those ringtones are so annoying that you risk having innocent bystanders beat you up every time your phone goes off

Nooooooo.. never go to jamster - avoid them - dont buy from them - they helped spread the crazy frog - for that they should be eternally punished!

Will services like jamster work with any cell phone provider? I always assumed verizon had a monopoly over my phone.

It all depends on what filetypes your phone supports. If you can play mp3s or wavs then there is no reason why you cant use another service - still... stay away from Jamster!

Why do we have to stay away? :P I'm pretty sure most phones support the ringtone services. However, if your phone is like some oldie phone (generally, all black and white ones) then you probably can't.
