predicted text or ABC?

Which do you prefer using for writing your text messages? Do you use standard ABC input or the predicted text modes?

Personally, I like predicted text but only if the phone has a dictionary you can add to. It's frustrating because I use my phone to text in 2 languages, which confuses it.

Sometimes one, sometimes the other. LOL I used to only use ABC mode, but now I use the predicted text mode most of the time.

Predicted text, but admittedly, I rarely text. I only switched it from ABC because it seemed a bit faster when I did text.

I don't use predicted too often, most of the time it's completely off and well I just find it easier to do ABC to be honest

I hate predicted text, but that's usually because I'm texting fast enough that it takes the predicted text too long to catch up, so I'm constantly looking back to see if it has caught up with me. Aggravating.

I think my predicted text is a little different. On my phone, when you hit the letter in ABC mode, you have to scroll down to hit the right one. When using predicted text, I get multiple combinations for what it could be and scroll to choose the one I want.

I really like the autotext feature, but sometimes my phone's vocabulary is not as diverse as mine. I wish my phone had a better browse feature when there are multiple words that could used. Do you think they'll ever add speed texting to the Olympics?
