How to send pics from phone to computer

Hi! I would like to ask this question and I would appreciate if anyone of you there who is knowledgeable enough, please reply to my thread.

I have a Nokia 3220 phone, it is one of the first phones with camera (guess, you know that ). It wasn't a trend at that time to connect it to computer or use a SD card/MMC card to upload the pics from the phone to the PC, so, this feature is not available to my phone.

My question is, since the phone has an outlet for something else (aside from the outlet for the charger), perhaps this outlet can be used for a wire to connect to the computer? Do you know of anyone who knows what this extra outlet is for? Thanks.

Yes, if your phone has more than 1 outlet, it's probably for a external thing, which is probably then a computer. You need to buy a cable for it to work...probably at your local phone dealer :P

I would actually think the outlet is for a headset rather than a computer. If it is a computer hookup, probably it is for the cell phoen companies computer, not yur own. I would visit your carriers dealer and ask.

yah, thanks, i actually asked the wrong person about it but i am still not satisfied until now as i really believe, everything and everybody has a purpose in life in this whole wide world ... so that outlet must really have a purpose, perhaps i will also try to check the internet about this model and its features, i might be able to answer my own question...

The output interface could be for stereo-headphones and maybe for USB too

I think so but I just couldn't find where to get the plug for that outlet, it is not sold in any of the cellphone stores here, especially that there are newer and more hi-tech phones coming out of the market, who would care to sell for it, anyway?

Use a blue tooth.

With the blue tooth, you can transfer the files to the phone from a computer or from phone to computer.
Very easy, or you can use a datacable.
Anyone

I guess you should contact Nokia Support Center. It might be possible that they redirect you to some store or some place where you can find the plug or anything. At least they would give you some information regarding the same.

Ok if you realy do have a Nokia 3220 then you have a Pop-Port connector and need to get a DKU-5 cable. If you go to nokia's site and search for your phone you would find this
http://europe.nokia.com/support/tuto...onnection.html
this is the easiest way to transfer data(pictures) to and from your phone/PC.
I hope this is of help to you
