Should I splurge and get a video phone?

I kind of want to get a video phone, and one where I could make an animated background would be even better! Should I get one now, or wait a few months? Will they drop significantly in price?

If it was me, I would start dropping hints to friends and relatives...find the neartest holiday/birthday/anniversay etc and drop hints...the only thing better than a new phone ...is a new phone as a gift...who knows, you might get two or three...

Get one now would be good. If you wait a few months, new models will come out and get even MORE expensive, so you'll probably be losing out.

do some shopping then drop hints for your birthday - let the big people pay at first then you can upgrade at your own cost!

Well of course the price of the phone would drop overtime. A new phone would be released and everyone would be wanting to go after it, but the cell phone companies want to get rid of there old phones too, hence lowering their prices.

I think you should go ahead and get it. I've seen some great deals on them lately, so I'm sure you'll be able to find one at an affordable price.

Well everything drops in price after a few months, but you seem really excited to have one. If you can afford to get one now, I think you should go for it. Otherwise as previous people have suggested to hint around to get one as a gift. My boyfriend surprized me one time with a cell phone for my birthday, and I didnt even have to ask. So if you hint well enough that should do the trick. Good Luck!!

Well there are plans out there anyway where you can get the phone for free with a 2-year contract plan.
