Samsung Z400 Mem Card Problem

Hi. I purchased a 2Gb micro sd memory card for my sons Z400, but when inserted, the phone keeps cycling through the startup sequence. Any ideas on what to do?
It would not appear to be a card fault, as I can use it in my digi camera, and PC.

Just found out that the Z400 will only accept cards up to 1gb. I'm pretty annoyed with this, as there was no information on this, came with the phone, either from Samsung, or Orange.

Yes. I formatted card in PC, before putting in phone. The phone keeps resetting, as explained here. SAMSUNG's Digital World - Support
Wish I had seen that first, as I bought the card here, eBay.co.uk: 2GB MICRO SD MEMORY CARD 2 GB NOKIA 6233 6234 E50 N95 (item 130068927788 end time 15-Jan-07 12:15:00 GMT) and it states in description that it is suitable for Z400. I have sent a message to seller, so waiting for an answer.
Mobile fun are also selling 2gb card, and list it as suitable for Z400. See here. SanDisk TransFlash / MicroSD Card - 2GB
Thanks for your reply.

By the way. When formatting, I had the choice of Fat or Fat32. I used Fat32. Is that correct.

No. Phone keeps resetting at startup, and keeps cycling through that process.
Don't see any firmware upgrades on Samsung site.
