Video and Pictures - who's using them?

I swear, not a day goes by without my local news station showing off some footage or a still photo on some major news story from someone's cellphone - who's doing this?

what's the best/worse vid or pictures you've ever snapped and what did you do with it?

I recorded an accident on my phone, accidentally. The police wanted to confiscate my phone to use the video footage as evidence; I suggested I send it to his own or email it to him. He blushed and requested I send it to his phone.

I believe the footage of the first of the Twin Towers being hit by the airplane was taken by a cell phone, but I might be wrong.

The best was of my home .. and the worst was mine ... Lolz

I guess, videos and cam in cellphones are also very useful, so to say, and the holders must also be alert as they are also very useful evidences, just make sure the murderer/theft/robber (or whoever maybe) will not run after you afterwards...

None of my vids have any use, just make stupid ones. I've always wanted to catch something cool on video, but nothing yet lol.

The first 9/11 video was not taken by a cell phone it was taken by a news station in new york which was actually looking at the building saying "what a beautiful morning in september".

I do not use video but I do take quite a few pictures every day I think that it is fun and i can look back at how my day was and what I did.
