looking for Jar prog

G'day all. Im not holding out much hope BUT Dose any one here know of a site or forum on programs for mobile phones. I’m not looking for games as such, but rather java programs. What I want is to use a small EXCEL formula to calculate fuel prices and do it on my phone. The reason why is we get fuel discounts here in Australia of $0.04 per liter when we spend over $30.00 at some shops. This is calculated by the cashier of the petrol station AFTER we pump our fuel and you end up getting some small change back. I would rather put in the EXTRA fuel and have it total the price to a full $ value.

What is "excell".
Have done a search on "excell" and found from consulting services to multi vitamins but nothing on a "JAR"program for a mobile phone to use a excel program.
