Moonlighter's Expansion Between Dimensions Arrives on Consoles in Late May
If you already own Moonlighter, the action RPG indie game launched about two years ago, and you're willing to revisit its fantasy world, we have good news for you. Developer Digital Sun plans to bring Moonlighter's biggest expansion – Between Dimensions to consoles. Between Dimensions made its debut on PC last year in July, but starting May 29, players on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch will be able to buy it as well for $7 / €7.
Although some of the content included in the expansion will be available to all owners of the game free of charge, the juicy parts are hidden behind a paywall. If you're considering Between Dimensions, you might want to know that the upcoming DLC expands the world of Moonlighter by opening the gates to an all-new interdimensional dungeon fit for veteran adventurers while simultaneously filling current dungeons with new creatures, weapons, armors, shop items, and rings.
Keep in mind though that accessing the Between Dimensions content requires players to finish the main game first, so if you haven't done that yet, you still have time until May 29 to correct that. Besides the brand-new Interdimensional Dungeon (with a chance for it to appear as a Corrupted Dungeon in the original dungeons), the expansion also adds 10 all-new original enemies and 5 minibosses, a full set of weapons with a new short sword, a large sword, bow, gloves, and spear, as well as a new set of armor with a helmet, chest, and boots.
