just to say hi to you all.
I found this site when trying in vain to find an alternative phone number for st1000 ltd. this is the comp that sold me my contract with 3 network. i have had no end of trouble with them since november 06. i have spent over 60 in phone calls to their 0870 number trying in vain to get them to refund me with nearly 200 that they promised they would give back.
today i received a chq for only 90. i finally found a number on the internet that is a direct link to their office.
for anyone out their with the same problem the number is 01792 465932 you will only be charged once they answere the phone!!
i wish i new that 3 months ago!!!
is anyone else having the same problem?

It seems a currebt trend for issues with claiming cash back.

I suspect the networks rely on people not sending off the vouchers or fone bills on time.

I would suggest going for an automatic cash back programme !

U really need to make contact by letter stating your position. How did u send the phones back ? Did u obtain proof. Read their small print and seek advise from citazens advice

I have had exactlly the same problem. I am owed nearly 100. I wrote to trading standards who was investigating. I have tried the number below but no one seems to answer. I would also be interested to hear if anyone else has had the same problems. My phone was also for network 3 who dont seem to want to know.

Why did the company stopped selling canon powershot st950?They stopped making the st950 which was 10.1 megapixels. Now they have the st1000 which has 7.1 megapixels.

I think I'm getting the swing of it

Hi, I just want to introduce myself. I'm Sandra from Beverly Hills, CA.

I'm kind of shy so I don't have too much to say right now. Hopefully I'll meet new friends here
in this forum soon.

Bye for now, I'm off to do some shopping. lol

Here's where I get 85% of my stuff for free, that's why I love to shop.

The best way to love anything is to realize that it might be lost.
