Question Hello All

Hi All..
I am Amanda from the Sunny Coast in Australia.

I have an Imate JasJam and love it to bits.. I work in a Telstra Shop and may be able to contribute to some questions asked here... I also need some help from time to time which is why I have sought out this site and registered..

I need help for a customer who is blind and I have sold him a Motorola V6 because of its voice dialing capabilities.. I have been training him over the months in using the phone and he has speed dialing down pat and almost has this voice dialing worked out but I need to ask a question about this:

1. He cannot hear the phone prompting him to "digit dial" when on a bus travelling as the noise around him is too much and also in the shop it was too noisey to hear what the phone was saying. Is there anyway of turning up the volume on the woman that speaks the commands?

Any help with this problem will be a massive help to me..

Thanks

Amanda
