Welcome to the forums!

What network are you on?

What message does your Motorola V3R display now,
If one of these messages appear :

- "Contact Service Provider"
- "Tampert Alter"
- "Wait before enter special Code"
- "Contact Service'

You just have to leave the Motorola V3R ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Special Code" will appear again!

After this message appears, Try to unlock your Motorola V3R using the safe unlocking method. Don't rely on unknown software. You can unlock a Motorola V3R safer and easier using unlock code. You can get the unlock code for a Motorola V3R from www.ProUnlocking.com at affordable cost with easy unlocking guide. Good luck mate.

The original post was 7 years ago so I'm assuming this has been resolved now.
