As a new member of the forum, may I start with a plea for help?
I bought a handset three months ago and am on Three PAYG.
I downloaded Three in Touch, as the 3 signal is spasmodic when I am at home.
I also downloaded WhatsApp.
The handset developed a software fault. I was unable to factory reset it as it froze on the front page when turned on, so I returned it to the dealer.
I transferred my SIM to a new phone, but cannot now get Three in Touch or WhatsApp to download, as the system tells me they are already downloaded.
Neither is listed in my Apps list, so I cannot uninstall them to start again.
