samsung E700. HELP. I BOUGHT A NEW PHONE FOR MY DAUGHTER AT A CAR BOOT SALE. IT WILL RECIEVE TEXT MESSAGES BUT NOT INCOMING CALLS OR CANNOT MAKE OUT GOING CALLS. I HAVE TRIED THE UNBLOCKING SEQUENCE OF *6767*688# WITH OUT THE SIM IN BUT THIS HAS NOT WORKED. THREE TIMES I ATTEMPTED THIS. MY SON THINKS IT MAY HAVE BEEN A STOLEN PHONE! CAN ANY BODY HELP. I CANT AFFORD TO GO AND PAY OUT FOR ANOTHER ONE !! THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME
