I bought my new iphone,unlocked from ebay.since its unlocked i can use it with my t-mobile sim card here in usa & its gonna work in india as well.Its a great product for those who are used to of music..

Word of warning....

1st check with your provider on what the roaming charges will be.

2, Make sure you have a data package bolted onto your network account if you intend to use the internet app often.

I agree the i phone is a fantatstic gadget to own. Enjoy your new toy ! !
