Changing to the iPhone - Query

Hi

I'm currently under contract with O2 for another couple of months, however I'm desperate to get my hands on an iPhone!

If I were to buy an iPhone separately and put my current sim into it, would it work? I currently have the unlimited internet bolt on with my N95 phone, so guess this would work with the iPhone.

However I have heard that in order to use the phone, you need to have an O2 iPhone only tariff, is this true? If my current sim would work with the phone, would any of the functions not work due to my current contract situation?

Any advice / help much appreciated.

Thanks,

Speak to 02 and ask them to transfer you to their current tariff for use with the i phone.

Simply putting your sim card in a jailbroken i phone may not work.

If you ask to upgrade to this handset then they should do all this in advance for you.

Why are you so interested in this handset ?
