Nokia 6102i

Recently received a 6102i in an upgrade,like the phone but a pecularity about it is that when I set and customize profiles,they at some point all revert back to my service provider's ringtone which is the Cingular tune,the phone's default tone.Can anyone help me to learn if I have a setting wrong?
