Problems with Nokia 7380! HELP!!!!

I have a Nokia 7380 and it keeps dying on me, I can get a new battery, but need to know how to dismantle the casing is there a way to do this as I have no instructions to do so. Would be really grateful if someone could give me some instructions or an idea or two . . . .
