Lost - series 2 (in the UK)

I hear channel 4 are about to show Lost - series 2 - not sure when it is starting.

I enjoyed the first series but I think the waiting for series 2 has kind of spoiled the excitment/anticipation especially since it seems like the rest of the world has already seen it.

Anyone else feel the same?

Yup ...I started watching it in the States and wasn't too hooked, but since I've been in the U.K., I really enjoyed it (not quite as much choice over here). I've hated the teasing about when the new series was going to start!

'24' is the one I really love and at least we're only about a month behind here lol.

It's like Marmite or beanut butter - you either like it or you hate it...

Lost reminds me of Twin Peaks - same sort of weirdness + you've got to see it from the beginning otherwise it won't make sense at all.

I hear series 2 will start again in the UK this coming Tuesday.

Can't wait!

Lost was good and I am looking foward to the second series. However Life On Mars is the one I am waiting for. Bit gritty. I watch too much TV these days anyway.

I'm a big fan of Lost over here, in the States (don't worry, I won't let out any spoilers), but I do have to say that I was not pleased with how they've been releasing it, where we are getting a new episode and then one or two old ones, and then another new one or two, then more reruns.

While I understand that they have to show some reruns, I dislike it being done this way, especially when the reruns that are being shown are all out of sync.

Twins Peak had Sheryl Fenn sooo...but I guess Evangiline Lilly will fit the role nicely

Anyway, whatever happened to the Polar Bears?...one minute they are on the island...the next, they don't even make a rug out of it...weird...

In the U.K., we get so teased with when American series are going to reappear or start for the season. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to any of it.

I was back in the States in March, watched an episode of '24' which just came on here last Sunday night. There is something to be said for watching t.v. via computer. I'm there soon!

The start of series II was shown in the UK last Tuesday - episodes 1, 2 and 3 to be precise. However, there is so much advertising that I fell asleep half-way during episode 3!! Sometimes the advertising is longer than the sections of Lost they gracefully allow us to view. Channel 4 has already been told off by the regulators but have ignore the advice - ergo I never every pay any attention to any of the adverts + go away and do something else for five miutes as I suspect most other viewers do...

Lost can get lost. This programme is just about stumbling everywhere. It really is the pits and I wish I could regain the hours I lost watching the first series, which I bought on DVD. Boo hoo.
