McDonald's is looking to give themselves a makeover

Tired of the old cheap, plastic-looking McDonalds, the company is trying to make themselves look more new-age. Part of their "forever young" scheme. Good god that place is getting annoying.

ugh... like their food wasn't unhealthy to start with, right? Get me some more of that supersized anything now!

Yeah, it doesn't seem to me as though they're seen as a classy establishment. I was in Victoria and saw a "fancy" McDonalds and it still looked cheap and tacky. Ah well.

Wow, that looks pretty nice, like a cafe almost. I hope the one near my house gets remodeled as such.

I haven't eaten McDonalds food in five years, and even then when I have eaten it has been salads or veggies burgers or stealing my friends fries. So I don't care how it looks, I still won't go.

I think their image is classic. I am not sure why they would want to jeopardize that. Their buildings don't look nearly as dated as some others, and the basic look and model has been the same for a long time.

There image is a classic. Besides, what could be younger and newer looking than brightly colored plastic - that's what all the kids like. Making McDonalds into a trendy cafe or quaint diner would not work.

and yet... their fries call to me... dang, they're still the best on the planet!

They should start with the menu, and then maybe move up to a nicer paint and shape. The red and yellow really makes me sick, what a crappy color scheme.

I haven't been to macdonalds for years. Just the thought of their food makes me feel slightly ill and I don't think a new look interior is realy going to make me change my mind..

Well sorry, to the contrary of most of you, i do enjoy McDonald's food, however, I'm not too sure about their new look. Why mess with something that works? I guess they're updating some of their menu to though with premium chicken sandwiches and healthy choices, so maybe it will all be for the best.

McDonald's is good, i dont care what the place looks like. You don't go to a food place to rate its look, but its food of course!

I really could areless about the look as long as the food is good. Pass me one of those Big Macs.
