How to sync notes from iPhone to Mac quickly?

How do you sync notes from iPhone to Mac?
I know they sync to "Mail" but seeing as how I don't have an account set up in "Mail" It wont let me just open it up... So is there any other way to sync my notes like with a different application. Or is there a way to use "Mail" Without an account set up..
Update : See since I don't have an email setup (I have IMAP Yahoo so I can't sign up for Y! Mail Plus for POP because It won't push to my iPhone) So since I don't have an account set up... when I open "Mail" all I can even try to do is set up an account. I can't get to preferences or anything! - camboy8

Notes in Notes app are important to iPhone users. They can help us record great ideas, to-do lists, or family plans to get prepared for the stuffs. As a business owner, you probably have several notes keeping track of customers, contacts, phone numbers, meetings, business ideas or plans saved on your iPhone that you want to sync to your Mac for easier access.
