E350 Samsung locked

Hi all I lost my samsung e350 a while ago and reported it to O2 lost so they cancelled it. I have found it during a clear out and would like to give it to my daughter as a pay as you go phone but it is locked has anyone any ideas to sort it out if so can you either post it on the forum or e-mail me.
