Rate your service provider

Each country has different mobile phone service providers.

So this thread would be for your own. What is your phone service provider and how do you rate it in a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent)

Mine is Smart and I would rate it as 8. What about yours?

In the UK, my provider is Orange, and I'm very happy with them. In the US, it's Verizon, which I don't think is as good as Orange.

I'm in the US and have T-Mobile. I'd give them a 3.5. The customer service is good and so is its range, but I feel like I should be in one of those "dropped call" commercials for Cingular.

That's funny, econ ...Cingular really does back that commercial up ...I'm pretty impressed with them these days.

I am beyond pissed with Cingular right now. They have been giving us the run around and lying to us about our new service and phones. At this point they have committed fraud. I am very pissed.

Did this happen at the store (or kiosk) level or the service level? I was lied to about my plan a couple years ago during a contract renewal at the kiosk level and found customer service to be none too helpful immediately. However, at the end of the contract when I mentioned leaving them (after nearly ten years), they suddenly became extremely helpful.

I had a similar fight with ATT some years ago, and it was one reason I use pre paid services now. Their plan should have been very cost efficient since I don't use a mobile/cell much, but I kept getting gouged.
