Anniversary date?

Is there any way i can find out what my anniversary date is on my ORANGE SIM card? As I'm sure its been more than a month since I last got my rewards. Also for some strange reason (this is the second time so far) everytime I call customer services (GRRR!!!) they keep telling me, once they understand what im asking, they say that my sim card isn't on the price plan where i get 300 texts for £10, 600 for £20 and 1000 for £30. Any idea why my account seems to change??

Oh and is there a way of getting through to customer services without having to pay 25p? As I only have 7p on my phone and i'm not willing to top-up JUST to speak to customer services - who are only going to stress me out.

Thanks

(oh and Hi *waves*)

Try 0800 079 0006 but part of the deal with Orange is that calls to customer service are free? You can't get thru on that #?

Also, is it an older card? I'm surprised you can't sort it out on their website. Good luck!

I will try that number. But trying to get through to a person .. a speaking person on Orange through 450 now costs 25p per call ... :/

Also even though i've been doing web programming since I was 11 / 12 .. I still find their site a hassle to navigate, especially on a MAC using Firefox. :/ There options bop up and down and it's sooooo annoying. Anyways, i'll head off to bed and try that number in the morning.

So they won't just tell you when you call up? I am not sure I am following you.

No what i'm saying Triumph is when I try to get through to a talking person when calling from my mobile phone (453) it don't let me as I don't have 25p to get through to customer services. Now I know I can do it through a '0800' number on a landline, thats much better.

Anyways, i've got it sorted now, thanks Vicky for the number.

xx

Glad that number worked! I've had it for years and wasn't certain it would still work, but nice that it does lol.

If you can get a live person, they should be able to give you the anniversary date.

On the other issue, the rate plan, I'm not as clear on your question. Is that the rate plan you signed up for? If so, is there a chance that the plan has been phased out?
