Worst Cell Phone Service?

What service provider do you think has the worst service? I think that Alltel has the worst customer service, Cingular the worst cell service (at least in my area) what about yours?

I'd like to nominate Sprint for the worst 411 service. I once had to convince them that "Maine" is a state...

We dont have T-Moblile in my area. Funny, only because we have a T-mobile ad on television every 10 minutes it seems.

There are not many providers here, but I guess the billing by Airtel in my country is the worst. Netowrk is ok though.

Cricket, i mean you cant reach agents, the phones are not that hot, and if you go in to an office to see em the line is longer than the Welfare Office.

This may be because Sprint hires Convergys and other companies to do their phone support. My daughter works for Convergys, answering calls from Sprint customers in the US, and we live in Nova Scotia. Now, you'd think people here would be familiar with Maine, what with it being a neighbour and all, but I bet not all call centers for Sprint are right here. Who the heck knows WHERE your call is going to? Ask, next time, just out of curiosity.

Nextel and Sprint are now combined. So i think that its a good chance thats why the service is so bad. I mean i dont know but i see alot of folks complaining about sprint.

All my friends switched to Nextel just because of the walkie-talkie feature. Sometimes I can't reach them because they're off the "calling area".
