Justice for 3 Mobile Customers

Hi

Justice for 3 Customers Petition : [ powered by iPetitions.com ]

About 6 months ago I purchased a 3 phone after being lured by their free phone, cheap tariff, and double minutes and texts. However I soon realised I had made a huge mistake swapping networks after being with my previous mobile provider for the last 5 years. In comparison Planet 3 offered me like many other customers:

Poor Customer Service;
International Call Centres unable to help;
Poor network coverage at home or abroad;
Handset problems;
Bill problems;
Complaints that go unanswered/unresolved;

A multi-national like 3 has been providing a less than adequate service for many of its customers, just check out the reviews on the internet or the customers complaining in their own stores! As a customer you should expect to receive a good service especially when you can spend up to on average £45 a month on voice, text and other services.

I'm hoping this petition will force 3 to review their practices and take notice of their paying customers. Please sign this petition if you're a disillusioned customer, ever had a bad experience with 3 or even unhappy by the way this network is treating its customers.

If you want to send me your personal stories please feel free to contact me at petition3@hotmail.co.uk.

Thanks

we all have been there. i had signed up for a 3 contract about 2 years ago ''recommended'' by a ''friend'' needless to say he is no longer a ''friend'' their main problem seems to be not enough transmittsers. what ive heard is that they need to put twice the number of transmitters that of a 2g service and but 3 dont have the money or dont want to. voice quality is so bad after a month i stopped using the phone and bought a new o2 phone. the customer service is in ''india'' but they hav'nt got a clue what they are speaking. (probably have no training at all). 3 still have not recovered their installation costs and probably never will. they know it too and thats why the poor quality.
