Ups-n-Downs of your network?
Are there some ups and downs to your networks? Well, what I mean is, is there somethings that you don't like about your network, but is there enough that you do like to stay with that network. I want to learn a lot about the other networks from other's personal experience.

My network has great calling which is the UP
But their customer service is the worst ever and that is the DOWN. |

I think verizons customer service is very good. Their network and calling...pretty crappy.

Cingular has great reception and rollover minutes. The downside: they don't have the coolest of phones.

I like the phone style, and the fact that I rarely ever have a problem with them. Plus my bills come promptly (though I don't know if that's much of a plus
On the downside, when I do need help, the customer service is AWFUL. |

I like the look of my phone. But you can get most pjone models at every carrier.

Hello all,
It took me a week to port my number from Optus to Vodafone. Most of the Telcos in Australia are now getting rid of their customer service departments and going "virtual"? ie like Dodo. Since I live in the country most reception is crap.

I have to disagree with what you said about Cingular not having cool phones. You can use any phone with Cingular you just need to establish a plan with it. I have had phones from other carriers switched to the Cingular network.

I can't think of any downsides for my providers for some reason, but I guess that's a good thing.
For my Verizon, I like the Vcast. I think that's pretty cool and definitely helps when you're bored. For my Cingular, I would say it's the rollover minutes. I also like the overall service of Cingular, think it's a great network. |

Mine is nice and simple. The up is great service in coverage but the down is the customer service I have verizon and they are a pain.
