Anyone had any problems with redeeming credits from E2 Save?

they delay sending the cheques but if u ring them they will eventually send it. i ve got more than i was entitled to! earlier i had problems sending them bills by recorded mail earlier and i had to send it by special delivery.

Thanks, I had them text me to confirm that a cheque had been raised, only to write to me to say my claim had been rejected! My wife spent an hour trying to get through on the phone trying to find out why, only to be told that they wouldn't speak to speak to her as she wasn't the account holder! Since posting, have discovered that the letter has been sent to many people in error! So we've had a lot of hassel for nothing! I think the whole chequeback thing is a legalised con, based on the assumption that a large percentage of people who sign up will default on returning the correct bills! Can't imagine too many teenagers will get it right!

yea ur right, the cashback thing works on the assumption that lot of us forget to send it by the last date. i put in reminders in the calender of the phone so as not to forget it, otherwise u just cant remember it.
