![]() Okay so i was watching this commerical (singular) I believe and they make the statement..."fewest drop calls of anyone"...okay, so how do you go about keeping track of that?...survey?...call the other networks and ask ofr a log?...I mean nice add...but... |

My network sometimes credit me with a refund for dropped calls, though I have never had one!!! Not sure what is happening there... ![]() |

Never turn a refund down. LOL. Having them give you one for nothing is so much better than the reverse. ![]() |

Well I'd assume they design a survey and call up people, asking for their experience with dropped calls. Though we cannot be sure of how accurate the results would be, I doubt it was incredibly professional. |

It is all fluke, you can't really calculate that until and unless some governmental agency forces you to share the customer calling history. |

there's a whole lot of factors they didn't take into account - such as if you're moving or standing still, where you actually ARE and how charged up your battery is... but it looks good on the telly, right? |
