Verizon international roaming

I've found a plan with Verizon where international roaming is only $0.69/minute. Is this a good plan, or is there better out there? That's the best I could find on my own.

That is an ok plan but I think you can find some better but if you do not leave your country to much that is a fine plan.

We're planning an overseas vacation in the next few months and I'm concerned about my service (Verizon) while there. Obviously I will be calling my provider to see what the options are. But before spending extra money for excessive international networking I'd love to hear from anyone who already has this service. Is it worth paying for in the first place?
