I have unlock key, but HOW to unlock Z400V
Hey guys,
New to the forum...I have a samsung Z400V which is locked to the Vodafone network. I went to the site and i got an unlock key, however i follow the instructions (put in another sim card from a different provider) and i should get a msg saying to put in an unlock key. Well, i don't!

It just starts up normally and it lets me go through the menus but when i try to call or anything it says "This service cannot be provided" or something like that...Any ideas how to get to this 'unlock' menu?
