US Cellular

I have US Cellular, and they have been really decent to me. I love the customer service, and the price packages. The only beef I have with them, is no one told me that the phone I have wouldn't work well in my area. Which, on my last upgrade the salesperson told me what didn't do well out here. The last salesperson didn't care, and when I asked told me it was fine. Well I wasn't at home much, so I wasn't aware that it didn't work well there. Being out of the house from 6 in the morning until 6 at night, I never used it at home much at all. Now that I am staying at home, it doesn't work hardly at all. When it rings I have to go outside to try to keep what few bars I have. My husband has a different phone, and it works perfectly at home. So, US Cell is ok but I want to be happy with my service and right now I am not. It's sad too, because I have been a customer of theirs for about 6 years now.
