is it just me?

This is more of a rant than anything, but its also good to give you guys an idea of orange, would be good to get your experiences as well.

I wanted the nokia N95, and t-mobile had sold out, my partner wanted to get it for me for my birthday, and at the time orange were the only ones that had it in stock. got it on 18 month contract last april. called orange countless times, and on three occasions i was on the phone for over an hour. I have had no reception on the phone from day one, i called orange that night to tell them, they told me to test out the phone for a few weeks first, i did that and called back, then they told me they couldnt do anything as i was over the 14 day limit to end the contract, sneeky way to keep someone tied to a contract.

I now have a phone i cannot use at home or anywhere near home, i can use it if i travel into town 12 miles away, or if i stand at the end of my back garden in the rain. the last time i called orange and told them i was missing all my calls/text because of zero reception, they told me there was nothing they could do because their contract does NOT cover use of the phone inside buildings. AWESOME, wish they had told me that i couldnt use my phone inside my home before they started to take £35 per month off me, im stuck with them for another 12 months and i cannot handle it or them anymore, they said i can buy out the contract, but i dont have the spare £400 plus that they asked for.

orange tried to tell me last time i was on the phone to them that all networks are bad in my area, not true, t-mobile had full reception, and my partner used to be on 02 and that works fine too. all in all the worst desicion i ever made was sign that contract, terrible customer service, if you ring them prepare to be on the phone for an hour at a time, then get told they cant do anything when they do eventually pick up the phone.

oh...also, i created my online password/name to sign in online to view my bills, i have managed to do that once in the last 7 months, the rest of the time it tells me i do not have a password set up, i set a new one up with ornage and it tells me the same thing, and everytime i dial 150 to check how many minutes i have left it tells me that information is not avaiable at this time, please call back later, i called everyday for 2 weeks and i still couldnt get my balance, still cant, i have to wait for my bill to come through to see if i went over my minutes. might sound like im being dramatic, but if im paying £35 per month for something i expect to be able to use it. i now have a very expensive paper weight for the next 12 months.
