Looking for Video Converter!

I have a bunch of footage on my video camera that I have imported to my pc in .MOD format....It plays on windows media player, and I can say that it will play on itunes, but it doesn't actually play. I need to get these files converted to something that will run on a Mac, preferably in the .MOV format. What should I do? Where should I look and what program do you recommend?
Thanks!

RE:Looking for Video Converter!

Hi, I don’t have more idea about your requirement but I know the answer of your second and third questions. I would suggest you to visit Video Format Converter Software: Convert MPEG, WMV, AVI, DivX, MP4, MP3, XVid, MOV, RM & More! It provides software that can covert any video format into your required format. It was suggested by my friend when I was in a condition like you. Hope this will help you.

Cheers!
