3 Sim Car in unlocked O2 phone

Lo all,

Looking for some help with my first post so please be kind

I currently have a contract with 3 the UK mobile provider. I wish to purchase the Nokia 6300 phone as a replacement for my existing damaged mobile.

If i was to have the nokia unlocked to all network would it work with a 3 network sim or do they use different technology?
