Hi Newbie with a couple questions

I am at a loss

I bought an unlocked LG MG270 Telcel which in English it is the F9200 model of the LG phones.

I have T-Mobile as a carrier. The phone works fine with the sim card but now I have an issue
1. How do I gt T-Zones on this phone?
2.I was on t-mobiles website and downloaded a ringtone from there and it was sent to my phone but cant download it.
3.I bought this on ebay and it came with a CD this lady included with all kinds of ring tones and I got the usb cable and downloaded the driver and cant get it to sync to the phone?

Check in the connectivity section of the handset and if required change this to usb or something similar to allow your handset to recognise the connection.

As for the zones this is software t mobile impose on the handset when they purchase it from the manufacturers.

Not sure if this will work but telephone them and ask if this can somehow be put onto your handset or simply pop into a store to ask.
