Can not remove Greeting Message

I have had my Moto T280e unlocked from Orange and now use it with a Virgin SIM. But it still greets me with "Welcome to Orange" every time I switch on. I've tried using P2Kman, but this just says "invalid opcode".
Can you help please?
Cheers

Yeah id suggest taking it out to the shop and getting it debranded. I've been scammed before by attempting this online.

It's always best to do it in a shop where you can see what they're doing. Doing it online is open to exploitation and many sites offering the services are there just to exploit people and earn a lot of money.

I did this with a prepaid phone once, and all my minutes became drained. I'm guessing if you get scammed this way they may get ahold from your credit card number
