emulator

Apart from using for scripting i was to be able to simulate de different user experiences on several networks when browsing the mobile internet. Is it possible to configure and emulator to use a determinated wap gateways and a tel number so that when accessign wap sites it would appears as if you were accessing them from a mobile device?
