Orange would be able to advise you where the origin of these messages have come from.

Have you ever rcv'd texts from a source offering services and saying text 'stop' if you dont want further messages, as this is sometimes used to hook you in.

Think again if anyone else has access to your mobile.

It could be that your number has been cloned.

If needed put your issues in writing asking for the omsbudsman who oversee the industry, as this shows your resolve to clear this up.

Good luck................

Your number would have been sold to them !

The goverment will soon be passing laws to stop companies from sending unsolicited texts etc soon.

I hope you will now be able to sort this out when the company replies ?

Ask Orange to block this number

info

hi

these 2 number 89809 and the other one are known as 3rd party services texts basically a company takes credit off your account or your bill in your case you can stop these texts by replying to those numbers by doing the following:

type a text message to the numbers by typing

STOP ALL TO 89809

repeat to the other number

you are recieving marking texts from a 3rd party company, i must also state that this is not orange's fault it is the 3rd party company's fault i can get you the number of the 3rd party company you can then ring them and request a refund as you are legally obliged to as by law you have not entered in to a contract with the 3rd party to take money from your account.

any further questions feel free to pm me.
