Cancelling
I am on Dot mobile which is an agent of vodafone, i got my phone 2 months ago and have paid the subsequent bills which have been huge, ive paid them though neverthless in full and on time, the latest months bill was paid on the due date of 28th june via direct debit from my account, however i was cut off on saturday due to non payment i called 4 times on saturday they asked me to send them my bank statement, which i find unbelievable, how about they send me theirs to prove i havent paid it?????? but i sent it and they still didnt put me back on, as i sit here now its still not on, i think that this means i have the right to cancel my contract as realisticly im paying for a service im not receiving, does anybody know if this is the case? thanks and if so where does my mobile stand? does it belong to them?

I believe that you would be able to cancel your contract, for sure. As far as keeping the phone, I think that they would probably keep it since you cancelled. But not sure about that.
