Vcast

Under get tunes and tones make sure you have selected "sync"

I have the vx 8300 and I have to tell you using the windows media player to upload my music has been a big pain in the ass.

A simpler way is to select the removable disk drive under "My Computer"
then drag and drop your WMA files to the disk.

If you do not see your removable disk drive - remove the USB connector and reinsert it into the computer. Then refresh the window "f5".
If you still don't see your removeable disk you may have to select "sync" on your phone.

Once you are able to open the disk you then can simply drag and drop your music to the phone. (way easier with absolutely no downside)

Unforunately Windows media player is not very user friendly.

I hope this helps you out..
